Absolutely fantastic place to live. Safe and friendly environment, ISM school in the compound, shop (also organic and bio products!), restaurant and perfect facilities such as indoor swimming pool, tennis courts (outside and inside), gym, beauty salon and more. I would highly recommend Rosinka for expats. It is place where you enjoy your time in Russia!

We have lived for a looooooong period of time in Rosinka, off course enjoyed every bit of it, each time I entered the Gate I was delighted, wonderful location, environment, excellent service, friendly staff, if ever we are told to go back to Russia we know where to go !! Time passes so fast when I look back i cant imagine ...People / World take a note

A family friendly place where you can find all you need within a walking distance radius! Lots of fresh air is guaranteed!

Wonderful place to live with a family - beautiful nature, amazing athletic facilities, helpful service. Super safe and 20 km per hour speed limits on the territory, so kids roam around freely. Several large shopping centers close by have everything you need.
