Often I come here including fishing. The week before last I caught carp at 9700. Capturing trophy fish is not uncommon here. The rooms are quite affordable. The administration is carrying out cosmetic repairs, but carefully, not disturbing the rest. There is a swimming pool and a dining room. In the evening it is fashionable to play billiards and table tennis. In the daytime, in the heat, there is a place to hide in a forested area and just breathe in clean air

We came for work and rented several rooms. - there was no hot water in the morning; - there was no toilet paper; - the rooms are dirty! - the promised sauna and salt cave did not work, they did not repair it for two weeks and did not offer an analogue; - the staff is as unfriendly as possible, at times rude; - while there we knew that there were places in the hotel, but for those who booked they constantly said that there were no places Apparently they kept it for their own - you enter the parking lot from 10 times, in spite of the fact that you leave the number of cars at the entrance; - the chef of a local restaurant drinks a lot and regularly came to our building at night and pestered the guests with conversations Very unpleasant I do not recommend visiting this place at all! There are a lot of wonderful hotels in the Moscow region with excellent nature, besides this.

Neglect! Photo on the site 20 years ago. It's unpleasant to walk on the territory, everything is overgrown, old destroyed buildings. Worst holiday home I've been to.

It's just horror, everywhere there is dirt, repairs, abandoned territory, grass to the waist, in the pool they drill right when people bathe, the pool building is abandoned, there is no basis for service. This is an abandoned guesthouse. The food is impenetrable, for breakfast there is no coffee. There is absolutely nothing to do except sit by the fountain around the clock. Of the pluses, the room was cleaned every day.

Super location. Recommend! Banquet hall "Imperial", and the kitchen is super !!! Many thanks to chef Valery and service staff! The wedding was done for 5 +++++
