If you are not a Russian passport holder stay away from this place. Hotel doesn't offer required registration service for a foreign guests. I had to find it out in a hard way. Hotel doesn't offer place to eat after 9pm. So if checking in late, be prepared for over night fasting. Water from shower and foucet is intense brown color, and smells rotten eggs. Not sure if entirely safe to even take shower in it. I been told to run it through for 30 minutes. Water cleared up a bit, but it was not longer hot. Overall resort is very aged and rundown, surprisingly room I stayed was not too bad. If it would have clean water supply my score would be 3 stars. I guess this place is popular weekend gateway cause it has water park. However, it's poorly suited for any international traveler.

The place is not bad, it already requires renovation and a change of staff. Very old about the bath. Upon arrival in the sauna, they only apparently turned it on, the pool is generally cold, the employee herself said that all the equipment is old, although how many times they visited the pool it was warm. Apparently they did not wait. Cleaned badly as well as the service wished to be better, hair everywhere and used soap wraps. Left upset ... 😏

I like the territory in general. Walking with your family is very pleasant. Small petting zoo: wolves, donkeys, lambs, goats, deer, peacock, raccoons, foxes, rabbits. You can ride a horse. An excellent playground with a rope pyramid. Restaurant with panoramic windows overlooking the lake, super! And so much more: a swimming pool, football fields, fountains, pretty houses (you can rent), a spa.

We will definitely go again. The child is just waiting when we go to the zoo. All animals are well-groomed. I do not like when there is a large selection of food, it’s a pity that the food is thrown away later, in the Union there is not a huge selection, but we have always been full. The territory is large, beautiful, there is something to do, and what a lake, forest and air.
