Lived two adults and a child 9 years old in early November in a junior suite, the room is very modest, but clean. We took breakfast and lunch, dinner a la carte. The breakfast was varied and pleased everyone, there were two options for lunch, we were left full. Dinner must be told separately. The first evening, the waiter, without understanding, fed us the complex, the second evening took away the cookies from the child, citing the fact that they are for those who have dinner included in the price ... Even without offering us to take them additionally, we certainly did not understand this approach to the guests, then really brought the child a tangerine. Taking our order for dinner, I wrote down only salads about the hot, I forgot ... in the end, after sitting in a restaurant waiting for meat, they found out that no one cooks it ... an angry and hungry went to sleep ... During the day we had a rest in a spa complex: hamam, Russian bath, jacuzzi, massage (payment separately) rode bicycles, went fishing, walked ... Normal, quiet rest for a family.

In the very place, there is beautiful nature, a forest (with mushrooms and berries), there are many swings, trampolines, sun loungers, many paths and photo zones, but still the territory requires more attention, somewhere the log from the fence has rotted and collapsed, no one changes it and etc. The SPA complex has a good sauna with a broom. Now it costs 750 rubles per person. In 2 hours. There is a hammam, jacuzzi and a swimming pool under a stretch roof. There is also a boiler on the street for a fee. The room fund "Bear Lakes" leaves much to be desired. The most important thing is that they need to replace the mattresses (the springs rest against the body), we were first in a regular room, then we moved to a junior suite, there and there the mattresses are terrible, you also need to purchase new bedding (in the standard the sheets were sewn up, and torn duvet covers, in the junior suite the same ) although I see a lot of families here live with children for weeks, or even more, I don't know how they sleep (maybe it's comfortable with them ?!) rent houses, maybe it's much better there! It turns out that the price does not match the quality. The food in the restaurant (buffet) is tasty, small but good choice, although at dinner some dishes were too salty. Coffee and tea, it is a pity that fruit drinks and juices were not included in the price. There are good places for weddings, celebrations and official events.

Friendly service, delicious food both in the restaurant and at breakfast and lunch included. Decent territory. Fishing from several piers is possible on the lake. There are many gazebos with barbecue facilities.

Lovely scenic location, but the experience was completely spoiled by the terrible service in the restaurant. We arrived at the club on October 11, 2020 with three children, wanted to have lunch. The waiter ignored us all the time, served only one table, answered all our requests to come up very rudely. As a result, they could not feed the children with lunch and left with nothing, although they planned to spend the whole day. Hopefully the management will take appropriate action for the waiter in the hotel restaurant and the service will be improved.

Cozy hotel, houses, nature, lake. Not intrusive., Calm. It's good to relax together or in a large company. I like the SPA very much. Delicious breakfasts.
