I liked everything, for a budget hotel the most it. The staff are nice too. I compare with those in which I've been. Although the room was without a toilet, but with a shower and a TV set, and there are rooms with a toilet and a shower, this suited me. In short, I recommend and cook delicious.

Good breakfast and dinner. There is secure parking on site, the rooms are clean. Nice staff. Normal visitors, not a hangout (which is important for Balashikha). Stayed with children. The prices are reasonable. Recommend.

Very very modest guest house. The owner is very friendly. This guest house from the series of maximum minimalism, if you just need to spend the night, no frills, then everything is very nice. I also liked the fact that you can order food, although the menu was not offered, what they gave, then you eat, but everything was tasty and the adult man was enough of a portion. In general, normal, I recommend. You can go to the nearest shopping centers on foot, 20-30 minutes, or a taxi, in the range of 100-120 rubles.

Very welcoming staff, but the third is very uncomfortable Shower with low sloping ceiling. It is unrealistic to write while standing, there is no water pressure at all, a thin stream is barely splashing, and it is impossible to adjust the temperature. Great breakfast and dinner. A good terevistor accepts all programs
