I made an order through the website, the operator did not call back for about 15 minutes. After I called, the operator, who introduced himself as Artyom, refused to accept my order, saying: "I will call you back, wait." After 20 minutes, no one called back. On my second call, the order, nevertheless, agreed to accept. Of course, the order was canceled.

The delivery time was announced an hour and a half. Is the delivery paid. The courier called in 2 hours and said that he would be in 10 minutes. Attempts to contact the courier have previously failed. They absolutely do not respect other people's time and nerves. Remained hungry. For 2 hours you can go to the cafe yourself and eat.
