I signed up for an oil change, I don't need other work, I told the manager about this by phone. Arrived at the appointed time. Upon receipt of the order, I saw - "Comprehensive diagnostics", as it turned out, a paid mandatory service is additional to any other work. The service REFUSED to perform an oil change until it carries out a comprehensive diagnostics of the car, a PAID comprehensive diagnostics that I did not ask to do, and I do not need it. OZPP Law Art. 16 p. 2 - read it! I refused the services of this service and left. It's not about the price of the work, but about imposing what I don't need! If you want to protect yourself from possible consequences, do diagnostics for free, you need it, not the client, you want to give the client a list of faults and possibly earn money on this in the future (if the client will repair them for you) - do it for free, you need it, not the client , but what the client needs, the client will ask himself! Previously, there was good service, I only went to you, but apparently you are more pleased to see empty lifts than satisfied customers.

I don’t like your policy of accepting a car for servicing, you need to go through the car diagnostics first so that you change the part YOU need, of course, for a fee. I can’t say that I don’t agree, because from your own words you are drowning for comprehensive security, but I won’t just give money away. He came, did diagnostics, actually found other places that needed repair. It takes a little more than a month, I turn again for another malfunction, which I planned to eliminate earlier, but I did not have the opportunity to allocate money and time and then pay for the diagnostics again. Tell me, what could happen a lot in a month? Ok, I have a different opinion and in your rules I see only the desire to cash in. Noo, these are your rules, I’ll choose another service. It’s not a pity for the diagnosis amount, but the time spent on a pointless inspection of the nodes. I used the service for a long time and on different machines, I had no special complaints. Since I am writing a review, I will write more about your CARE. I really didn’t see worse, all the varnish on the newly painted car was rubbed with mud! They didn’t really completely wash the car and began to wipe it with a rag, as a result the car below remained with dirt and muddy stains. And even the audacity was enough to ask for money for washing, after voiced by me, they wanted to bend to pay as for the technical. The issue was decided by a couple of pictures on the manager’s phone and the right not to pay for washing. Even after that I came to the service, and asked at the sink just to pour the car on and not touch it. But now really go nafig. Master Maxim has two fingers up 👍👍 a cool specialist knows his job. The management should think about the work of the one who answers the reviews here, it's really tin)) rudeness is at least. If of course this is not the manual itself, then good luck, with such comments it is really needed)) Upd. 06/04/20 This is exactly the answer I was expecting, the ChSV is going through the roof for you, so they don’t work with negative reviews, but I won’t teach professionals)) I like to wash before the race, but only where they do their job efficiently, this is unfortunately not about you. Не оправдано дорого, хоть и написано что работает 24 часа, на самом деле это не так, только принимают авто 24 часа, а ремонт. Работы только днём.
