I was made an appointment with a specific specialist for a second appointment, the administrator called me and said that "the doctor canceled the appointment for today and I can make an appointment for you tomorrow." She did not specify that it would be another doctor and did not give the name of the doctor. In the end, I wasted 2 hours of time. In response to my complaints, the same administrator said that she warned me about changing doctors when she was overwriting. But this is not the case. She also does not know that she could simply apologize for what happened this way.

According to the medical policy, this institution provides medical services of very poor quality. Making an appointment a month in advance is considered in the order of things to be canceled and rescheduled for several more weeks in advance.

I recommend the clinic "New Medicine" -analyses, help, massage, surgery, gynecology, ENT, ophthalmology and much more! A small neat building, friendly staff, varied (and tasty!) Food. Inside (see photo): blue and white furnishings, attentive and professional service. The clinic is located in the area, so prices are much lower than Moscow’s.
