Very low level of service. As soon as you pay for the tour, the employees of the company will stop picking up the phone, answer mail and call back. And if suddenly you need a contract for services rendered, then your chances are zero. When you try to contact at least someone from the company, a call center employee will say that nobody is there, everyone is busy and will definitely call you back. Apparently, after 100 years. I highly recommend not contacting this company.

We have been traveling on their trips for more than 10 years, they are very satisfied, though there was an incident when the cashier refused to pay by card via phone, but otherwise satisfied, we recommend it!

The resort store does not want to return money for a ticket to a cancer patient who couldn’t go because of a detected disease and passed a ticket. For this, they have 5 stars
