For over a year now I have been sending and sending parcels in this department from time to time. Delivery works like clockwork: parcels arrive in 3-5 days. There are working services: you can issue an electronic notification, issue online and even pay for the parcel and then leave it with the attached track number without queuing. Overall the service has improved a lot. Yes, there are queues. But to argue that, as in Soviet times, this is already too much. It is clear that the postal workers are trying to speed up the process, they work tirelessly. Registration of a parcel takes a certain amount of time and it is unrealistic to do it in 3 minutes. I am satisfied with the service.

They work fast, try hard, and are friendly. Pleasantly! It became much better!

I called the postman. The site promised a call from the operator. The operator apparently doesn't work.

The shelf life of letters is one week.
