On this wonderful Saturday afternoon, 14 people in line gathered in a small mail room. One window works. I've been waiting for an hour. Before me is another man. For this premise I come for the third time. The first time they said that she did not come, although she came along the track. The second time I came with a notice, but they told me that this is another notice. And now, finally, I hope to receive the parcel with the notice that came yesterday. I can only dream about the correct spelling of my last name. In general, this is somehow strange.

Disgusting organization of work of the department. There are two windows, in fact, one works. Organize the issuance of parcels in the second separately. Non-core operations are carried out for a very long time (payment of bills, sale of lottery tickets, etc.), people who have arrived for a parcel have to wait for hours until grandmas pay for utilities

I did not meet even more polite staff than in this department. although under such working conditions to remain friendly it must be incredibly difficult. and nevertheless ... I consider the only problem of this department (apart from common problems in Russian postal service) to be some ungrateful and simply illiterate visitors. although even on them in reality I stumble there rarely.

This is the worst department in which I have been, to stand for an hour in the queue and not receive a package (although I receive it every week) change the rules !!! Notify people then !!! The notification comes, and there is no parcel in the mail, not once already !!!
