Due to the sender's fault, my parcel got into this department, although I live in another city of Moscow region. They answered my call right away, checked the data, found the package. Very politely and thoroughly answered all my questions, explained what to do and what to do next with this error. No hint of nervousness, irritability and unwillingness to communicate. Once again, everything is very polite and good-natured. I want to say thanks to the head of the OPS 141104, Popova Alla Viktorovna, for her work and responsible attitude. Yes, and humanly nice to talk with such responsive people. Bottom line: the problem with the parcel was resolved on the day of contact.
