On the one hand, there are almost always lines. On the other hand, there is some special cozy atmosphere, correct and friendly staff. I can say that this post office in Russia is now much better than before.

I can’t receive parcels already a couple of months! The postmaster behaves inappropriately, yelling at staff!

A wonderful office, the best in the whole city! Amazing work of operators, as well as postmen. Everything goes on time, there is almost no queue.

Disgusting office work! The notices come 3-4 days after the parcel arrived, went after 14.00 to pick up the parcel that was in the office since morning, it was not processed by the end of the day, and they refused to extradite me in a boorish manner. There is one window working, the second employee is eating moves parsing the parcels.

Is it possible to call this mail? Yesterday all day long, no one is coming.
