European quality in Russia. Beautifully designed rooms and gardens. Gourmet restaurant. Polite service. Horse riding. Sauna. However no refrigerator in the half-luxury or economy level rooms is an inconvenience. Also no kettle in rooms but there is a dispensers in the foyer. However the 2 bedroom cottages (sleeps up to 5) does have a full kitchen.

We lived in a house with friends on the weekend. I liked everything very much. We read a bunch of reviews on sites, we did not notice any drawbacks. The area is large. First, the guards told how to get there. Then another girl at the reception, Diana showed and told where that was and where to go. We settled quickly. Gave a business card for communication with the reception. We called 5 times with requests until almost 00, then coal, then ignition, then a grid, then dishes, then skewers, then around the restaurant (they brought the menu, accepted the order and served quite quickly and tasty, which is very convenient). The girl did not refuse anything. We were very pleased with the rest, they went to meet us for everything. All our requests have been fulfilled. We advise everyone. Only a day for rest here is not enough, since check-in is at 17, and check-out until 15. Although the girl allowed us to call in at 14, for which we are again grateful.

Rested at the hotel recently. We've just got around to writing a review. We arrived ahead of the check-in time, but the girl at the reception went to meet us and checked us in earlier without any problems. Frankly, I didn't really like the infrastructure of the hotel and the room itself, they wanted to leave, they came to the reception in a bad mood, but the administrator spoke to us like that, from the bottom of her heart, cheered me up, promised delicious breakfasts. We decided to stay, we were very pleased with such a reverent attitude towards the guests. And the breakfasts were really delicious. The downsides are shabby furniture and very little entertainment on site.
