The hotel is horror. Space price. There is no service. For a week of residence, it was noticed: 1. Two administrators are changing - one excellent - 5 points, the second offended - possibly combines the administrative function with cleaning the rooms 2. Towels are not changed, they are not lifted from the floor - only by a kick through the administrator 3. Bath sets - shampoo and shower gel - are changed once every two, then every three days ... to wash only through a call to the administrator 4. Tea and sugar in the room is not changed, only on call. Toilet paper too, only there is no telephone on the pot - you need to understand this in advance. 5. The washer is almost rotten, it is not expensive - 100 rubles in cash to the administrator 6. If the bath is ordered at 20:30, then the bad administrator will turn on the counter from 20:00 and charge 3400 to his savings card in two hours. The bathhouse is dirty, Lipton tea, the refrigerator is empty. No additional services - broom, beer, food, etc. - impossible. 7. Parking outside the territory of the neighboring house. It is better to arrive early, otherwise there will be no place to get up. Even disabled people are not allowed on the territory of the hotel. To go far, it is better to take a cart and it is very dark (it is better not to send women alone) 8. The hotel has a bar and even a signboard, but you can't eat there - it doesn't work. The nearest restaurant is not within walking distance. 9. There are no shops and services within walking distance. 10. There is no mobile connection. Even in the vip part of the hotel. 11. Nobody even asked us how to help us, maybe they don't like something ... And this is a few kilometers from Moscow ... horror. Instead of rest after work, it was a test and tears of his beloved wife. The second week they did not live with my wife in this hostel, we moved to another.
