With the same success, I can take a massage course and do these procedures myself, the Internet is full of such courses. But I chose you and came to you, bringing my money (13500 rubles for 10 procedures). I'm very disappointed. I did not expect aggression from the owner of the studio. No matter how difficult your life span is, please remain human. Later, in personal correspondence, Victoria apologized for her incontinence and emotions. And she promised to grant my request.
