For PP, normal FSC, but could have done better, therefore 4, in Moscow time there is FSC as well as much better and worse, but the staff is good and at least speak excellent Russian.

The staff leaves a lot to be desired !!!! In the evening, my husband and I stopped by, made an order and sat down to wait. We waited 20 minutes, then we couldn’t stand it. The woman pretended as if it should be so. We just set to prepare your order for 10 minutes, wait. They asked for a refund, no one even apologized. They gave the money in silence without trying to resolve the situation. This is a fast food restaurant, and you have to wait as usual. I will definitely not go there anymore and I do not advise you !!!

The worst KFC in my memory. The atmosphere of a station canteen. Lipton was diluted to Bonaqua's level. The chefburger asked for the original twice, but made it spicy. Delivery pending order is assigned back to back. No gloves, no mask. 3 napkins for two. Are you guys out of your mind? Severely disappointed

Not bad, service is fast, despite the fact that there was a full hall of visitors.
