Once I came to the department to submit an application. Behind the glass are apparently the attendants who receive calls. To ask them something, you need to dial a certain number on the phone next to it, which is indicated there. I was given a paper and told to write a statement, samples in the office behind the glass opposite. And they said that the attendant would be out soon. I wrote a statement, I'm waiting for the attendant. It takes a little more than an hour, but no one comes to me. I decided to remind myself. I was again told to wait. I tried to call the phones presented at the booth; they did not pick up the phone on any of them. In general, the duty officer, I waited three hours. A man in uniform came out, did not introduce himself (neither rank nor name), by his appearance it was clear that he was very dissatisfied. Probably should have thanked him for accepting the application. The question arises, why is there a duty unit where duty officers are inaccessible to the population?
