Nice place, friendly staff, it’s good if you made an electronic queue

Large queues, of four windows one operator works, the employees are rude to customers. The headmistress screams with a boorish attitude towards the whole hall from her workplace, touching customers with two meaningful jokes. Very poor customer service. Take action at the end of the end, long this mess will continue !!!!!

Very large lines. You'll stop standing until you reach the operator. They probably do not have enough people, usually a 4-window works 2. Operators are polite, patient.
