We bought vouchers in the travel agency "Astragal", rested from 07/23/2018 to 07/31/2018. We went to Anapa by bus. There are no complaints about the place of rest, the hotel is good, the owners are hospitable, the food is delicious, the sea and the amusement park are very close. But the whole impression of the trip was spoiled by the journey itself: the bus was terrible, broken, dirty. And of course the most that spoiled the impression was the promise of the tour operator: 1. They promised that for our family of 3 people (me, my husband and a 3-year-old son) there will be 4 seats in the bus, I do not argue there were four seats, but when we got on the bus back, they told us that our fourth place was given to another person, although the travel agency said that they would not put anyone with us. 2.Well, and the most interesting thing is that our hotel was almost in the middle of Anapa, and we were dropped off at Vityazevo and told that you would go further on your own, and a taxi to the hotel costs 400r. Although the travel agency, of course, said that they would not be able to drive up to the hotel and would be dropped off nearby and not in another city. In general, the hotel is 5, but the travel is minus 5.
