I would also like to highlight the staff headed by the administrator Maxim. This person is in his place. He is very sensitive and patient about the wishes for the banquet. He is well versed in the menu and helps to choose a large number of different dishes. A great place to stay with delicious meat. Especially "Lula kebab" made from lamb. I hate lamb itself, but I can only eat it in this restaurant. I strongly advise you to hold all banquets here, since it is not the kitchen or even the staff that will not let you down. Thank you very much!! We and the guests liked everything very much!

The food is not tasty, fresh ... The menu is large and this is a minus, the music is also so-so, and therefore forced to order good music and pay money. In general, they also work and work on services! The interior is great, classy and that’s a plus😀

We wanted to celebrate mom's birthday on 11/30/2019. Today, 11/23/2019 we arrived at the restaurant to discuss the details of the banquet and the inspection of the restaurant. The cloakroom manager called the administrator. Administrator Maxim, without saying hello, started the conversation from the stairs with the phrase "What did you want?" I explained that we select a restaurant for a banquet for 10 people and would like to discuss the details, see the interior. The administrator didn’t even hear me the first time, since he had headphones in his ear and apparently he was saying something very important there at that moment. He explained again, having waited until Maxim pulled the earpiece out of his ear and turned his attention to me. The phrase that followed from the administrator further plunged me into confusion, it sounded like this: "I have a full room here, I have no time to sit with you, discuss banquets, come tomorrow." I understand that Saturday evening is very busy, but one could tactfully apologize, give a business card, ask to call in advance to arrange a meeting, but not to see off the “guests” in this way. I can’t say anything about the dishes and service in this restaurant, and I’m unlikely to ever be able to appreciate them, since the desire to visit this restaurant again has disappeared from the first minutes. On the same day, we went to another restaurant in Domodedovo, where we were met, invited to a table, and in 15 minutes we discussed all the details and agreed to hold a banquet. I recommend the management of the Sultan's Palace to explain to administrators how to communicate with the "guests", even potential ones.
