Two weeks later, they called us back and said that they had made a mistake with the measurements, it was necessary to come back to the office and redo the plan-design, ok, everything was redone and naturally it did not look as we would like. The kitchen was supposed to arrive within 29 working days, this is May 7, they promised even earlier, but expected May 7-10. After May 10, we began to call and find out when our kitchen would come, to which we received an answer that the delivery was delayed and we should expect it on May 22, respectively, according to the contract, a penalty of 0.5% of the amount paid was charged for each day of delay) We are calm it was accepted and waited. And then came the long-awaited May 22 (a vacation was previously taken to wait for the delivery and assembly of the kitchen) To which a call came a little later, they expected full payment from us, but the delivery was postponed to May 28. We demanded guarantees, because they demanded payment, but there was no kitchen, to which they replied: "no payment? No kitchen! They simply won't deliver it to you" !! The manager wrote the letter of guarantee with difficulty (after phoning with his superiors beforehand). as a result, the kitchen was not received 28, it was brought later and with the missing detail. When asked where the detail was, the answer was: "wait until the end of the month June 1-June 30". why is there no detail? did not list the manager, where is the manager? she doesn't work here anymore Great cuisine, but the quality of service is poor! Incompetent staff!
