A good gym, a lot of simulators, all new, literally for all muscles, not every large network hall has such a variety! The prices are quite affordable, you can come and pay for one lesson (150-250 rubles, depending on the time of day). There is drinking water in the cooler. Large hall for martial arts. Among the shortcomings, there is no room for group exercises and treadmills (there are ellipses). Apparently, there are not many visitors and it is completely unprofitable to keep a room for groups. The changing rooms are comfortable, there are showers. In general, I recommend visiting, you will be healthier!))
