The buffet is ok and it's probably better to take everything inclusive to eat there (but keep in mind that the waiter can take your plate from you without even asking if you finished, they took a plate of fruit from under our noses, but the restaurant is just disgusting !! ! Terrible service, long serving, the price tag does not correspond to the quality of the dishes. For example, when ordering chicken soup, you just get a chowder on the water, which has nothing to do with chicken. Tom Yam is generally just one name .... Nothing to do with the original dish. Plus, the phone almost never catches ... Weifai is very weak. You need to register in the pool in advance and take a hat with you, by the way, the pool is not in the hotel, but in a separate building, the sauna is small in the locker room and you still need to get into it, because there is a queue, no spa treatments, a jacuzzi, and everything that is associated from the spa - no. The hair dryers are barely dry, so bring your hats so you don't get cold as you walk back to the hotel. And your umbrella. Because the hotel does not have local umbrellas for moving around the territory in bad weather. One massage therapist's office, those who also need to sign up. If you have a light sleep, then you won't be able to sleep until lunch either, because they start cleaning the rooms early and you can hear vacuum cleaners even on other floors very well. Upon arrival, they promised that there would be a night "disco" until 12 o'clock in the morning, in fact at 22:30 the DJ said that everything would be over in 30 minutes, and when we asked to play the music to dance, he asked him to pay for it by transferring to the card. There are no coolers with water on the floors, so if you want tea, then tap water ... The only thing that made me happy on this ruined weekend was the scary quest. It was really cool. By the way, as a bonus, we were given a 10% discount card and at the reception they said that it was for ALL SERVICES EVEN TO THE RESTAURANT, but neither the restaurant nor the delivery did not accept this card ... Why it is needed is not clear.

Everything is neat, clean. Polite hotel staff, decent cuisine, restaurant. Good entertainment for all ages. The children liked it, and then it was very good for us. The walking area is very beautiful and comfortable. Everything is a little shabby, what is left from the Soviet era. But it is clear that they are trying to do everything possible in a modern way. I recommend both for a family vacation and for a noisy company for a celebration.

Not a bad hotel but falls short. Everything seems to be there, but ... There is a pool, but only 3 lanes, no children's pool Buffet but no choice. There is animation, but the child does not light up. The territory is beautiful, there are playgrounds, it can be very pleasant to walk

We were satisfied with the rest at the hotel. The rooms are clean, daily cleaning. The food is good. I advise you to visit the Forest restaurant. Very tasty food and excellent serving. Respect to the cook! The area is small, but well appointed. There is a sports complex with a swimming pool, bike rental, etc. The beach did not work, the pond was being cleaned and renovated. On the territory you can always find a corner for privacy. Children are resting at the hotel (sports camps), but this did not irritate us at all.
