My worst experience ever in an hotel or resort. Though this Sofrino "Park Hotel" is far from the mark thereof. It is pretty simple. Everything about this place is a failure. I am still amazed about how bad it was when writing this review. You are charged with something which would offer you a regular three stars room in Moscow for what ? Small rooms which cheesy decoration and junk furnitures and floor. The beds were just a big joke. A park which is not maintained at all, a main building, falling apart, dating back from Soviet era, hurriedly done up. Bathroom with just the bare necessities. A totally unprofessional service, verging to rudeness. Our room was not cleaned in the morning. Even the surrounding is not quiet as it may seems in the picture. It is near a main highway, and you hear cars as if in Moscow. And there are construction works around. If you are lucky, you can have the treat of having a freshly poured asphalt smell creeping into your room. Ha and I almost forgot. Food. A disaster. Whether for the "restaurant" or the breakfast. It is just foul. Bottom line. A scam. Stay off.

The most awful hotel I have ever stayed, the balcony only use a piece of metal to separate, and everything is very old, the elevator is stupid design that it works from first floor to 2nd, but it doesn't work from 2nd floor to 1st floor, we thought it was out of order, but after confirmed, and it's a design, the staffs are even more stupid that they didn't realize the the drive way from the hotel front is blocked due to the construction, and that construction seems has been going on for at least more than 1 or 2 weeks.

For six months now, the hotel has not returned money for cancellations due to self-isolation.

The attendants are schoolchildren, who, in general, saw you and your problems and wishes in the coffin. Out of 10 such students there will be 2-3 smart ones. So evaluate your chances. I have never seen the only coffee machine in the Beaver and Belka restaurant working. Accordingly, if you like to drink coffee, then you have to go somewhere farther. The staff, see above, can at most only feign concern. And finally, I would like to ask the wonderful people, managers and hotel owners. What do you expect when you turn a hotel into a pioneer camp? After all, neither the one who was lucky enough to rest here, nor all his friends, relatives and acquaintances will come here any more.

I would like to praise this hotel for what it is, but the concept is strange: how lucky and depending on what you are ready to put up with. I liked the staff, the area is small, but well-groomed and cozy. Beach renovation in the midst of the summer season? Yes, this is the norm here. The teenagers screaming until the middle of the night and slamming doors on the floors are more likely a matter of poor sound insulation and the reluctance of the teachers of children's camps to organize the lights out properly. In general, with all the advantages, I feel that I overpaid
