I have been going to this fitness club since the very opening. I also visited other fitness clubs in our city, but this one did not change to any other. In "Alex Fitness" I really like the coaches of group programs, very cool workouts. The same trainers can take on individual lessons and suggest how to build. The sales department are also very polite people, they will always familiarize you with the promotions and answer all your questions. In the locker room in the autumn-winter period, the cloakroom attendants are not always in a good mood, therefore, whenever possible, I undress in the closet. But while my favorite coaches are working there, I will not change the club! After all, the main thing why I go there is training for harmony and vigor!
