I first attended the Pole Dance lesson at this school and I really liked everything! We started with a warm-up: power loads, stretching. I usually try to bypass this part of the classes, but the teachers of the school did not let me filon, because this is a very important part, without which it is impossible to perform certain things in the dance. Then we went on to study the base, learned a few bundles, and one of the students was even able to complete the trick, and after the first lesson! And this is certainly a merit of attentive and reassuring teachers who helped to believe in themselves, well, + her good physical preparation) I think that this is not the last lesson in my life in this direction of dance, and thanks to Monkey Studio, which showed that everything is not so difficult, the main thing is working on yourself)
