Great experience from this hotel! Very polite staff! This is not the first time we leave the dogs and are happy every time! Dogs are happy, well fed and always walk with them! Daily reports of photos and videos! In general, we are satisfied! Price meets expectations!

Great hotel, leave their pets (dogs and cats) for the second time. Very helpful staff, well-appointed rooms, good area, cleanliness everywhere. Pets returned home in excellent condition and mood. The second time they were easier to leave as the place and the people they were already familiar.

Great hotel and very attentive staff Olga and Catherine! My cat really liked it, I saw it on videos and photos that I regularly sent. Conditions are excellent, including zootaxi. It is so comfortable!
