Cool territory, small European world. Everything is cozy and pretty. Great restaurant, creative space and great team. All liked it. Yes! And you can take a dog! It's just a pity that the surcharge is so big. In general, the price does not correspond to the proposed level of the hotel. For 1 night in a small room it turned out 10,980 + 1,500 per dog. This is unreasonable.

Rest for those who do not count their money. Hotel. Apartments Forest. A tiny number. The ground floor has a kitchen with a stove. Small bathroom in which you cannot turn around. Bathtub without curtain. Disposable plastic slippers in the room. A strange robe. Uncomfortable bed (2 beds pushed into 1). There is a light overhead. 1 bedside table. Small TV with cable channels (didn't work). There is an air conditioner. The TV and the conversation of neighbors are heard. Price for 1 night = 10 989 rubles. + 1500 ₽ per dog. 🐶 This price has removed 2 stars from the hotel. Price and quality do not match at all! Large fenced area. Nice location. There is a field and a forest nearby, where you can walk and breathe deeply. The houses, despite being made of cheap materials and the same furniture, look very good. Everything is done with taste. Many decorative elements. A restaurant. 5 points out of 5. Beautiful interior, many paintings. Very nice staff: open and interesting conversationalists. The prices are high.

Choosing a place to spend the weekend with friends, we set ourselves the goal - to have a rest, not to waste energy on cooking / cleaning and any household tasks, and to rest again. On the booking site, I liked the photos of houses in Skokovo Park, so bright and beautiful, on the site of the park itself there is a rather pretentious, but also kind of attractive description of the place using fancy words like 'art', 'space', etc. Unfortunately, at first glance, the reviews on most sites also seemed to be nothing, and we did a huge foolishness in choosing this place for our 'stress-free' weekend. By its location, everything is really close and convenient from Moscow, we did not have time to assess the territory, since we checked in on Friday at 10 pm, and moved out on Saturday at 12 am. And now about the reasons. The house is cute enough, but clearly smaller than the declared area. A huge minus is the terrible soundproofing, which with two children under one year and four years old is a problem, since one sleeps, the other hangs out. Well, even in a normal adult voice, it was already loud. The plumbing was not all working, but the ribbons about the processing were stuck everywhere. The second important point is very, very cold. The batteries are ice-cold, and they brought us, as the only solution, one heater without legs, one of those dangerous ones, on which it is better not to hang anything, otherwise it will catch fire .. Somehow he was leaned against the closet, it saved the night, which was really not quite comfortable because of squeaky mattresses, but this is no longer so critical. In the morning, they asked to turn on the heating, because it turned out that cold batteries = no hot water, but I would like to have it (for such and such money). By 11 in the morning we were offered a very pleasant solution - moving to another house, bigger, richer and warmer. We shoveled the children, all the things, went to a new house, which really turned out to be bigger and better, in general, beauty! .. Until the 5th minute of stay in the house, when, lifting our heads to the ceiling, we found living and very active wasps in the number of pieces 30 no less. They called the reception and received the answer that they were all dead, because they were being hounded (well, well). The decision was given as follows: 1) return to the old house without hot water, 2) live with wasps, but we can kind of poison it, but then you have to leave home for an unknown period, because they can spend us at the same time. In general, the proposal, to put it mildly, is like in one riddle about two chairs, in connection with which we chose the third option to go home with a refund for the second night. I'm not one of those people who find fault with trifles. Well-worn furniture is not a problem, service may not be 10 points either. Food is often an amateur question, as is the territory and activities provided. But there are basic things that are necessary anywhere for any money, but here the money was paid, to put it mildly, not small. When entering any hotel / villa, one wants to have hot water and a safe 'space' - a word so often found on the site. Wasps - it's not safe, it's just scary and a form of disgrace. I'm sorry for the money spent, but it’s probably our fault that we didn’t check everything so meticulously, although, to be honest, this is the first time I meet with such an ugliness and I’m just used to the fact that there is always a percentage of dissatisfied people everywhere for one reason or another. I am terribly sorry for our time spent on packing, driving, shifting things and collecting children. I am terribly sorry for the unsuccessful weekend and the stress and the fact that instead of hanging out with friends, we are all angry and rushed between cars on our nerves, without even having a good conversation. And most importantly, I just feel sorry and hurt to tears for my child, who rushed about while we carried bags here and there, not fully understanding why everything is so chaotic and why we have to go home from the house, although all Friday we were preparing like this to the trip. All this rest turned out to be so unsuccessful that I did not even have the strength to frustrate, rather only bewilderment and indignation.

Cons: During torrential rains, it floods the territory so that rubber boots knee-deep, terrible smell from fertilizers, and the staff do not give a damn about one request should be repeated at least 3 times! mice in the house, constant interruptions in water and the Internet, a washing machine in the house spoiled half of things — leaving black oil stains, creepy furniture in the house — everything falls off, water from the tap is yellow, all old things darkened when washing. Pros: near the forest with paths, the paths in the park look good.

This place was recommended to me by a friend. They did not search on the site, they called and they booked us a house with my husband for a week's vacation, gave a discount. In a nutshell, we had a great rest! House with its own sauna, which we happily used when the weather was not very good. I cooked mostly by myself, the dishes were enough for two. I really liked the spaciousness and fresh air, we walked with pleasure, the house was clean, there is Internet, a summer veranda, barbecue, in general, I advise you to go especially for those who want to retire with their family and those who are tired of the city!)))
