I haven't fought with a cafe for a long time. But today it was simply impossible to remain silent. My kids and I were waiting for pizza 45 !!!! Minutes after the announced 30 (although this is also a clear overkill, given that not even all the tables were occupied). To my question, where is our pizza, after 30 minutes, the girl at the checkout simply answered in an unforgivably impudent manner: "Didn't we warn you that the wait is 30-40 minutes." To my answer that 30 minutes have already passed, and you did not speak about any 40 minutes, the arrogant: "Well, excuse me." After 45 minutes, when the pizza was never brought to us, I broke down and went to argue with the manager. She turned out to be just as impenetrable, did not offer any discount for such a long wait, nor compensation, nor even humanly apologized .. Just a nightmare, friends! You, unfortunately, do not have the slightest idea of ​​how a normal catering should work.

On weekends, it is not crowded here, so be prepared to wait. It is very pleasant on the track in good, sunny weather
