I'll start with the first thing that caught my eye: a clean and bright auto center, with good lighting, a non-slip floor. At the entrance we were greeted by a pleasant young man who offered his consulting services. We were interested in two models: the NX crossover and the ES sedan. I need a car in order to move around the city. The husband is an avid fisherman and mushroom picker, he was most interested in increased cross-country ability. We asked a lot of questions, we bought a car of this brand for the first time, before that we drove a Toyota RAV4. After some deliberation, we opted for the NX 300 Premium. We were offered to conduct a test drive to make sure that this is really what we need. An excellent crossover, very soft and comfortable, easy to drive and rich in filling. After our car, the famous Japanese quality of Lexus is well felt. There was no more doubt. While riding, the employees prepared the necessary documents for the purchase. In the salon, they immediately issued insurance. Many thanks to the Kuntsevo shopping center for our new car and for help in choosing it.

We would like to thank the employees of the Lexus Kuntsevo salon. From the first steps to the purchase, it was clear that the buyer is appreciated here and ready to help as much as possible. The service not only does not correspond to the level of a premium brand, but does not work at all at the level of an official dealer! Simple car repair under CASCO was done carelessly - a lot of defects were found, without any agreement with the client, additional work was carried out that were not agreed by the insurance company (in fact, no one sent anything to the insurance office for any coordination of the disputed situation, as it turned out). As a result, half a day of time is lost (so far, this is the beginning of the story), the car is not issued, money is extorted for uncoordinated work (in violation of their own established rules), no one can solve the questions, the customer service department during the service opening hours on weekends days are simply not there, in principle, customer focus is not at zero, but in a deep minus. Update: the third day has gone, the car is not issued, which entails difficulties in movement and additional costs (the repair was made in such a way that everything will have to be redone - the gaps on the body, the damage has not been fixed, but this is another story), no one gets in touch - perhaps , they basically don't have a customer service department. If you are a Lexus owner, I advise you to do your best not to mess with Kuntsevo! There is Yasenevo and the center on Rublevsky - there was an experience with both, they are both wonderful against this background, they cannot be compared. Update, day 4: I see an interesting comment of the center here in the answer, confirming my assessment: 'preliminary' in their concept is in fact, after the car has been repaired, simultaneously with the message about the readiness of the car. I did not voice my consent, but quite the opposite - I voiced my disagreement and clarified the rationale for the refusal of the insurance company. They told me - you will see everything on the spot, come! On the spot, it turned out that no promised agreement had been made with the central office of the insurance company, there was only a handwritten note drawn up within the same room by the master-receiver and an independent expert of the insurance company! It is characteristic that the head of the customer service department has not been in touch for more than a day, and beforehand she voiced the phrase 'we will give you a car only if you give up your claims!'

I express gratitude to the entire Lexus Kuntsevo team for their professionalism and ability to find an approach to any customer. The guys helped make a choice, took into account all my wishes. It was very nice that they paid so much attention to me.
