Hotel is new and clean. Staff members speak English and are extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice and clean. Room size might be on a smaller side but still cosy. Location is near supermarkets and lots of eateries, that mostly have English menus. Definitely recommended to stay here if you are in the area.

Very new hotel. A standard but nice Holiday Inn Express decor. This hotel stands out for the service. All the staff was great but especially Daniel. I don't speak Russian and they were very patient.

we stayed in this hotel 5 nights. nice interior, comfy room and furniture. good to have hot breakfast, quite fast coffee machine. Location is a bit hard, as this Baumanskaya subway station and blue line in general are very crowded

3 days in a raw (THREE CONTINUE NIGHTS ...it is not a joke anymore!!!) that people running on the floors of the hotel after midnight!!!! Children, school or not there is no way to sleep in this hotel before 03:00 !!!! It is ok for a hotel to host universities or schools but they should put these groups in low floors instead of mixing floors and rooms. Too much noise , No respect in every communication we had, there is no meaning of reception telling you we are sorry but we cannot solve this!!! Wake up the escorts of these students and tell them that you will cancel their accomodation. This is better than not respecting your other clients!!!

Excellent hotel. Super clean and modern. Great Internet speeds and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.
