The reconstruction of the museum complex is underway. The work is not over yet, but the area looks neat and well-groomed. After reconstruction, there will be a beautiful place. The museum house itself burned down. Only one foundation and an airplane remained.

The place is very significant in our history. But when you visit, the feeling of some abandonment, unfinishedness does not leave .... As if we were doing everything in a hurry, on some kind of anniversary ... which passed and everything died out .... The plane in the forest on a pedestal either was not installed, or removed ... Another exhibit, an airplane similar to the one on which Gagarin crashed, stands in a clearing in the forest .... well, at least some kind of security is nearby. Here is a good, freshly paved road to the place ....
