Employees are sometimes rude, they are reluctant to answer questions. You go there and feel guilty for distracting people from sooooo important work. This is exactly what the feeling is created when employees take up your package. By the way, you can wait for them for about 10 minutes, and so they will ignore or say "shchaaaaaz"
