Post of Russia

Today I was just there, they got nasty again! The operator does not know how to communicate at all, I made a remark to her, because she served the client in turn, and I stood behind him, more people took over me, only after 15 minutes she suddenly announced that she was working and would not serve us! And there is no queue for her cashier! A strange wording, considering that we also did not just stop by. I asked to warn if the cashier was busy, because the situation with me had already happened many times, asked to notify, put a sign so that they would not take the queue - in response I heard nervous abuse and insults! I understand, of course, that they work there for a penny, but in reality there is no such "service" anywhere! Only the Russian post office got stuck hopelessly in the scoop. It's a shame, it's even unpleasant to go there, sort it out with your employees, taught them ethics and basic courtesy and respect for visitors, even in any chain store the cashier "asks not to borrow", if he can't serve customers, why can't mail operators ?!

Ordinary post office. Most often there is empty, because not many people now use mail services. The staff is ok. I never experienced problems with receiving and sending something. I send there reporting on the company periodically. Everything suits me. Nobody was rude even once ... everyone explains, everything comes.

How long will people be tormented in the general queue? There is only one queue, for those who send 1000 registered letters at a time, and for those who stand to receive ... Such a post office is typical for a remote village, and not for a city near Moscow. In the small cities of Russia, I saw mails in which the service takes place, as in a bank. Take a ticket and go to a certain window. Apparently, one of the nearest cities of the Moscow Region is too far from civilization. Where do the money allocated for this go? On screens for advertising? There are funds for this, but to plant another person and give him a tablet so that it is possible to issue paid orders, there are no funds for this. There are constantly no packages for sending parcels (they ended many, many months ago and still have not appeared). Those few computers that are available are constantly hanging. And if the light suddenly turns off for a second, the consequences will be as follows: for at least an hour, mail will be paralyzed, since it will take so much time for computers to start working again after such an emergency. Outwardly, the mail was adjusted to modern standards, but in fact, everything remained at the level of the last century, unfortunately.

A mess is going on in this post office of Russia. Window numbers are not written. Sent at 3, after a while they say that this is the first. And vice versa. Only locks work. This work with people should be outgoing workers at least.

The branch of hell from the Russian post is over braking personnel, the department in which the real repair was still under the USSR, they are not able to organize sending and receiving in different stages.
