After the 90s, the park fell into decay, now it is on a level. A decent military equipment museum. I have been living nearby for many years and still have not bothered. Changing for the better.

The state of the park is terrible, everything is overgrown with nettles - the children have nowhere to run, the paths are completely broken - the wheelchair shakes terribly. The city administration is not doing anything, they are waiting for the park to be repaired according to the governor's program. The governor also does not care about the park, as a result, there is a forest in the middle of the city !!!

Everything seems to be fine, but there is a small “but” in the evening drinking alcohol on the bench on the bench, and I also wanted the administration to forbid dog walking in the park, since then our children walk on 💩💩💩 there is no sign that "animal walking is forbidden" and it would be very good if they make a fountain⛲
