Unfair trial. Composure and disinterest in understanding. The essence of the matter. I did not know about the parking ticket, the notification did not come in the mailbox. After half a year, a letter came from the Ministry of Transport with information about the appearance at this institution for drawing up a protocol. He arrived at the appointed time, issued a receipt of a fine and drew up a protocol 20.25.1. The application was not accepted where he wanted to indicate that they did not inform me about the fine of 5,000 rubles; the fine on the receipt paid. The protocol was sent to court. I tried to explain to the judge that the receipt did not arrive in the mailbox, I did not know about the presence of a fine. Judge - the letter was in the mail you did not pick up. I understand that, but how do I know that it is there ?! Every time go to the post office and ask if there is something? Total conviction in the double amount of 10,000 rubles in my head does not fit .... !!! I paid the fine, yes, late but not through my own fault. I am not a malicious intruder; to pay a parking fee of 15,000 rubles is cruel. I have a mortgage, two imperfectly summer children, my wife does not work. I did not expect this and was sure that although with a delay, this fine would be enough. I have lost faith in humanity. I am not legally literate, on an appeal Advakat requested 45,000 rubles which I simply do not have. And here's another thing, the employees of even such an institution as the court themselves make mistakes, came to the bank to pay a fine by a court order, it turned out that there were mistakes in the details and it was not possible to pay.
