This is a very good place!

Great room! There are a lot of modern exercise equipment and equipment (dumbbells, weights, safety belts for a belt, etc.), a separate room for fitness, cool water in the cooler, air conditioning in case of heat. The changing room is clean, warm, with shower and toilet. Lots of lockers and a hairdryer (!). I liked the background music in the hall and the motivating graffiti with iron Arnie. I signed up here for classes with trainer Denis and was pleased: before putting me on the simulators, he found out what health problems there are (injuries, diseases), and then made a program. During the exercise, the trainer carefully monitored that I did everything as it should, correct, control my well-being. Note that the gym is visited by both well-trained and "ordinary" people who want to get in shape. And no one looks askance at each other, no one expresses anything, everyone is busy with their own business. Therefore, come and do your health (as Ivan Dorn sang "don't be shy" :)))

Great fitness club with a wide selection of species. Great trainers and comfortable conditions! Air conditioning, coolers, clean rooms, toilets and changing rooms. Nice kind atmosphere. Excellent professional trainers. Reasonable prices.
