We were very unhappy. Booked a jacuzzi room with my husband. Before entering the hall, the administrator was informed that they had booked this hall because for health reasons I cannot go to the steam room. As a result, it turned out that the jacuzzi was not working, and it took 30 minutes of the time we had paid to find out. In the end, we were told "I'm sorry, we can't help you with anything, apparently it was broken before you." No compensation was offered for the services not provided. Service at 0. In confirmation, I attach screenshots with my review and their response in their Instagram account. Wouldn't recommend this place to visit.

We celebrated my husband's birthday and I had not the best impressions of this institution. We have a large family (16 people not counting children). There is no separate place to change, we had to attack the toilet (do not forget about the number of people), a queue formed (somehow this moment could be thought over, at least with some kind of screen). The hamam is cold, so that steam appears, you have to open the door and wait 20 minutes (this is not at all the case), the pool is also not warm (the children were going to swim in the end, they are upset, in such a temperature regime only after the sauna and then you need to steam well). The tiles are chipped, the beanbag chairs are peeled off, the ceiling is swollen and torn in some places. Gathered to sing in karaoke and then not all, thank God, whistles, cracks, makes noise (they called an employee and he did not help us with anything). The tile is insanely slippery, and I constantly had to mop the water out. The results are deplorable: the children fell, the mother-in-law broke her arm, the stepfather slipped and hit his head on the tiles, the uncle also hit his forehead on the steps. In such establishments, as a rule, they lay tiles with a corrugated surface or rubber mats on the floor. For such a lot of money, the conditions do not correspond and I did not see any luxury there. I hope my review will make the administration and the owner think about what needs to be corrected in the institution (if you declare your services so loudly and put such price tags, be so kind as to correspond to the stated). Overall, the establishment is not bad. The sediment left the moment that we were told one amount, but in fact it turned out more. They called there 2 times and asked, and in the end, when we arrived, they announced another one, well, the remainder is not very pleasant - and as requested, the administrator and the girl at the entrance were in a battle-oriented manner enough, not an ounce of politeness, in general, if we improve the quality of work staff regarding the service everything will be fine.
