I wanted to order flowers to Bulgaria, but I saw an incomprehensible assortment of flowers which, by definition, cannot have irises, tulips - in summer. I started to find out about the replacements from the operator, but in response I heard something not intelligible about the warehouse being closed and .... As a result, it turned out that there is nothing but roses and if something does not suit me, then I can close the site ... He did, but it all reminds of fraud, when they offer an assortment at attractive prices, and at the last moment they face the fact that there is nothing and only roses can deliver. The buyer simply has no choice. What is this if not a fraud ???
