Disadvantages: Poor attitude to customers. The store is not customer oriented. Violation of the law on consumer protection. Comment: Awful store, as if in the 90s again visited. Grandmother bought a smartphone bqs 4555 as a gift. We arrived home, unpacked the phone, in order to put a SIM card. When detaching the back cover, it burst in 2 places. Awful quality of goods! This is not the first time I've used a smartphone. I had a great many of them. He removed the lid as accurately as possible, as this is a gift. But alas. The build quality and materials are terrible, and this is not the buyer's fault. In the Know-How store, which is located in the Mall in June, they refused to take the smartphone back. On the know-how hotline 514-12-12 (also known as ION), we were sent on a long journey. We called the Beeline hotline 0611 and tried to resolve the conflict through them, as the store read: Know-How from Beeline, and I have been a Beeline subscriber for a long time. In Beeline we were told to contact any Beeline office, but not in Know-How and your problem will be solved. We arrived in Beeline in the Hour-Peak shopping center between Altufevsky and Ostashkovsky sh. to solve the problem, and what do you think? We were offered to take our New Year's gift for grandmother for an examination for 45 days! What kind of nonsense? I can say one thing about all this. It's not about money and not a smartphone. The case is in relation to customers. Now we will not leave this business like that. Since our rights of respectable buyers are violated, we will give the smartphone for an independent examination and a lawsuit. We also turn to the Federal Consumer Rights Protection Service. The truth is on our side and Know-How by the court’s decision will pay us material damage, moral damage, a fine for violating our rights in the amount of 50% of the purchase price, and 1% of the purchase price per day for each day of delay in restoring our violated rights + will pay for the services of a lawyer. All this is expressly spelled out in the law on consumer protection and the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The business reputation of this company will suffer, as I will take all measures to disseminate this information on the Internet.
