What can I say. Not worth the money. Because the owners apparently do not care. If you work in the service sector, and even more so in the hotel business, the reluctance to renovate rooms leads to the fact that the clicks end up in numerous cuts. Yes, a hotel in a residential building. Admins are good women. There are no complaints about them. I reported that in addition to a huge amount of black mold in the shower room and that the doors in the shower stall were not working properly. As a result, the door exploded into 1000 fragments when opened. I am covered in blood from small cuts and tied in abrasions - shoulders, chest and legs. All the dishes in the room are DIRTY. COVERED IN SPOTS. IN THE ENTRANCE DOOR WHEN CLOSING SUCH SLITS .... the room itself is large. Near the shop Lenta. But it's not worth your money. I travel a lot, I honestly have not met this. Apparently lucky.

I visited the Kvartirkin hotel on February 8, 2017. ... Was passing through for work. I liked everything very much, clean, comfortable. There was a kitchen in the room, I warmed up my lunch. Satisfied! Chose this hotel - according to reviews from Booking com. I was satisfied, I will come again! Thanks to the administrator for the hospitality.

Wonderful mini-hotel. Everything is very cozy and comfortable. The staff is polite and sincere. Near the Ribbon. All liked it.

These are apartments in an ordinary house. At the entrance to the apartment there is a slippery step from which you can fall well. Breakfast in a package in the refrigerator (it was enough for dinner + breakfast)

Surprisingly, the hotel as a whole and the rooms description from the site! I never thought that for such a price, maybe something decent really is! As far as I studied hotels in Yegoryevsk, Kvartkin is the most budget option. And knowing how the PR departments usually work, all the bullshit was thinking! I will come, and they say to me that something is not working in your (beautiful) one, let's offer you this one! But, nnnet! What number I ordered, I got it! On top of that, quick registration and friendly communication from the girl with the reception.
