Terribly simple! With three children stood in the pouring rain until a man deigned to go out to us and take us to the bathhouse. After 30 minutes, when everyone was already steaming, they came and asked for money. Sorry, almost naked, we had to pay! Moreover, in the morning it turned out that they had a quarantine bath for at least 2 hours (although no one had warned about this) we were also accused of leaving in an hour! None of the representatives of the organization were seen. It turned out that the administrator is working remotely, they called us, but we didn’t pick up the phone! What nonsense! If there are complaints and questions, everything is discussed immediately!
