Cozy clean.

1) disgusting hotel staff. They are rude openly and without a twinge of conscience. We arrived literally for a couple of days on business, managed to regret a thousand times that we stayed there. With the review "not a hotel, but a diner for drunks" -1000% !!! Never come here or stop by! Spend a little more money, but save your nerves and do not spoil your vacation or just calmly do your business. 2) cleaning and rooms. SERIOUSLY?! What kind of cleaning? Sand, cleaned early in the morning and always during the stay of guests in the room (WHERE YOU SEEN THAT?) The windows do not open in my opinion. Batteries. Didn't work. I pulled the wire out of the socket to charge the phone, and they came to me with a claim, they say I turned off the TVs for everyone. How?! What are you carrying?! (There were in the suite, and in the ordinary rooms there were also toilets with a bathtub in the corridor) some kind of horror, like in the Stone Age, but there is nothing to Moscow ... 3) they demand payment at exactly 20 pm (or in the morning) I don't remember. And they don't care if you are in the room or if you died at all. Stay - pay, no? Get down! (We were told "move out", but also not very kindly, especially to those at whose expense you exist !!) 4) for heaven's sake, do not check in to them, make them think about improving the quality of service and, above all, about increasing. RESPECT FOR CLIENTS !!! Oh, and I forgot, of course All night long, some people in the next room were shouting, boozing, when we went to complain to the "mistress", she said, "Well, what can I do ??" (provided that there is a guard and they break the law, well, what kind of garbage, right?)

Peace and tranquility .. Remarkable place for a fee. The shower is in excellent condition, all necessary accessories are available .. The room is clean, warm, if necessary there is a heater .. The administrator is hospitable and punctual .. In general, price = quality, I want to notice 5 of 5 !!

The hotel is generally not bad, no frills. Stay overnight and just relax and sleep off an excellent hotel. Clean and comfortable. The double room has 2 beds, TV, wardrobe, table and two chairs. Clean linen, good furniture. The internet is just slow. Fridge, water for drinking and a sink for washing dishes at the reception. The bathroom is separate from the room, but tied to the room, the administrator gives the key to access the bathroom. The bathroom is combined, clean. Finding the location of the hotel was tricky. Google sends to a different address. The owners need to work on this. In general we recommend this hotel.
