The quality of the flowers is good and the bouquets are beautiful, but there was a problem with the service, the solution of which took a very long time. It would be cool if you improved the quality of feedback in the messengers. This is very important in our time, despite the fact that this, of course, is not the main task. I put 4 stars so as not to spoil the rating.

We ordered a bouquet for the anniversary. The bouquet was chosen large and not cheap and very beautiful here according to the photo. They called back from the store, said that this will not happen, they offered a similar one. As a result, the bouquet was not collected for us, but delivered ready of those that were available and stood in the store for some time. Delivered on time and very fast. The bouquet is very beautiful, upset that it was not made up of fresh flowers in the morning.

Good prices, good assortment. That’s all for me. Perhaps the wrong administrator. I ordered a bouquet while in another country. I wanted to surprise a man on his birthday. There was no exact address, but I send bouquets all over the world all the time, indicating the phone number only. The courier himself usually contacts and specifies the address and time. Unfortunately, this company did not help me and apparently did not want to do this. For me this is zero professionalism and naturally I don’t want to contact, it is unpleasant to cooperate with such people. It is worth working to improve the level of service for employees.
