I would like to express my gratitude to this company! We needed to congratulate a colleague in a pandemic: to organize the delivery of flowers to her home. We decided to add something besides flowers. Since my colleague doesn't eat sweets, we decided to add a bottle of champagne. The receptionist and courier kindly agreed to help us and buy champagne from the grocery store. They sent me a photo of the champagne check, everything is flawlessly honest. On the day of delivery of the order, they sent a photo of a composition of flowers, everything is very beautiful, coincided with the photo on the site. The order was delivered on time, the colleague is happy, we are satisfied. There are few companies left with such an attentive attitude to the client, despite the fact that our order was small in terms of money. Thank you!

My sister had a birthday, it so happened that I completely forgot. I called a lot of flower salons with delivery, and everyone replied that we were no longer delivering, and the time was only 21.00. So, this is the only salon where I took an order and made delivery within an hour. I was very worried about the quality of the flowers. As a result, my sister was very pleased! Now only here I order and recommend to everyone!

I ordered a bouquet as a gift of white and pink roses with delivery on March 8. Order amount 1320 rubles + 200 rubles delivery. I wanted to please my mother. As soon as she sent me a photo of this so-called bouquet, I was just wildly ashamed in front of her !!! All roses are lethargic and dead. The whole bouquet 2 hours after delivery went to the bin. As far as I understand, illiquid is used for delivery. To my claim and demand to somehow rectify the situation - a complete ignore from the store. Conclusion: if you want to upset a person and just throw money away, contact this Hummingbird “flower salon”. Update on my order: on March 12 the manager called me, apologized and in the evening of the same day the courier brought my mother a new bouquet of tulips.

I ordered a friend for a birthday composition in a wooden box "Provence". Some colors, as on the site, were not. Florists have suggested replacing. It turned out just super !!! Right very very !! Thank you very much! Success and prosperity !!!
