Go around this place. Everything from flowers to services is awful. It was early in the morning, so a woman told me 5 times that she was not a florist at all. As a result, I could not even normally collect a bouquet of my selected flowers. Price-quality does not match. I hope this point closes soon.

I bought flowers for mom here for her birthday, day to day i.e. bought-presented. Flowers wilted towards evening. How can this be? The next day, I turned to the seller with a request to return the money. They refused me, referring to the fact that the flowers were carried for a long time. Notice from the store to the house to go 5 minutes. Well, is it not nonsense on the part of the seller? Why lie that your flowers have just been brought and they are fresh? If you hang noodles on your ears, then hang it yourself. And note, the buyer is always right, a terrible attitude towards customers !!! They just row money for bad flowers. I do not advise anyone to go to this store.

I bought roses. When packing, I noticed that some petals are lethargic. To a request to cut off the petals or replace individual flowers, I received a response from three saleswomen in the spirit of “it should be so, who understands - there will be no complaint, we will not change anything.” In short, florists put their opinion above customer requests, the owner clearly did not train their employees to work with clients, prices are above average. Within 5 minutes walk there are better shops where sellers behave more adequately.
