The service will immediately say disgusting, straight beeee, the maximum disregard for customers, and I work there boorish offenders, starting with the store operator, ending with the loaders. They ordered a set of furniture to make the child a room for NG, by the way, they ordered it at the end of summer (in the middle of August), now on December 1, the set did not come in full, no one gives the exact dates. For a long time they tried to find out when the order would come, receiving the same answer: "Next week it will be too much" and it was like that for 2 months. Of course, the deadlines were running out, because initially, when placing an order, we were desperate to bring everything in no more than 2 weeks, but apparently they have their own kaledari in the store, or this is a miracle place where time has stopped. So, 2 months after the next call, we were told that our order was in their warehouse and to prepare for shipment, happiness knew no bounds, immediately the thought in my head "Really ?? Finally !! Etc." But that was a shop trap .... The operator added that the order is not completely ready and only a part of it will be brought, well, she said that there will be only 2 chairs, and the bed we wanted, but oh well, we agreed to another, similar one. Of course, they took the order to us for a long time, agreed for one time, in the lunch area, they brought it already well in 19 hours, of course they delivered the wrong part that they promised, they did not bring the crib and the mattress to it, the deliveryman could not answer this question. We began to call the operator, to which she simply did not pick up the phone. Okay, mb is busy, the delivery man started calling from his phone and she answered the phone ... and right away .... well, it's kind of strange. They asked for the phone to be sent to us, and this "smartest" woman immediately dropped it, hahahaha ..... well, it's even very strange, the second time she didn’t drop it, she started throwing incomprehensible excuses when asked about the bed, she wasn’t found in the warehouse. why would you carry a mattress without a bed. We asked, nevertheless, it was agreed upon, and you said that everything was in stock, to which we received an answer like "I am not collecting your order." Okay, we started to unpack what came, and who would have thought, but the wrong chair arrived, it was the first thing that we opened, ordered a chair for a girl, arrived with trains, cars and planes, blue, something for me suggested that he was clearly not for girls. After that, without opening the rest, we refused to receive this order, and simply left while the loader threw the furniture back into his van. In the end, if you read these words, then I can say one thing, you are interested in my review, maybe it was really interesting, or it was just the only one at the time of writing. And also you have a lot of free time to read it all. As you probably guessed, I was a little dissatisfied with this whole story and you, after reading this review, will, so to speak, think before, like a naive twist (like me, for example) ordering something here.
