The review will not be about the Kareta Service Travel Agency, but about a specific travel agent - Olga Anatolyevna Zelenkova. If you want to spend the whole vacation on your nerves, then you definitely come to her. From the first visit, she behaved extremely arrogantly towards us, communicated extremely not tactfully, was constantly distracted by calls, hurried (I want to note, at that time we decided on the tour and came to buy it), it seems that we were not provided a service, but a favor !!!! Bottom line: a few mistakes in the documents! I also want to note that the travel agent demanded money in the amount of 30 euros for correcting her mistakes. But all the horror was waiting for us at the airport. It turned out that the errors in the documents had not been corrected, and the child and I stood at night for almost an hour at the registration, while the airport workers tried to help us. Then half of the vacation, I tried to solve this problem, because on the way back it would have been the same .. we were assured that everything was fixed! And as a result, there was no last name in my tickets! And again we stood at the front desk to the last and all this was on the nerves .., the vacation was ruined, thanks to unprofessional work ... no apologies from the travel agency followed, as well as reactions to correct our mistakes! This is the first time I've come across such unprofessionalism and disregard for tourists!
