I don't advise anyone to this hotel, far away from everything, the room serves was so poor i don't know why it is a 5 star hotel!?

Late Guests are negligent! I booked a room on September 28, 2020 through Booking, but I could not check in due to the fast sleeping concierge, although I wrote and warned him by phone that I would arrive in Vnukovo on September 29, 2020 at 0-30 o'clock Moscow time. I arrived at the hotel at about 2-00 o'clock and called for an hour, but to no avail. As a result, a spoiled mood, wasted time looking for a new hotel ... In general, a continuous negative experience. I do not advise!

Nice place, great service. We rested with our family. Plenty of room for relaxation. The kids really liked the mini zoo.

Country estate. Not far from Moscow. Small territory: it cascades down from the main house. Swans, ducks and rabbits live here, which calmly rush around the territory. Pets friendly hotel🐶 Jacqueline's luxurious room. Helpful staff. Special thanks to the administrator Alexander. Concierge service is available 24/7. And in the morning, What'sApp received a message - your breakfast is ready. The waiter doesn't know his stuff very well. She surprised most of all when I congratulated my wife on her birthday. The phrase sounded: "Even so", instead of 'Happy Birthday'🤷🏻‍♂️ There is no alcohol, but you can go buy it at the nearest supermarket. The food is delicious but the prices are high. You cannot pay by card, only cash or transfer. Nice spa area but very dirty pool. I swam in glasses among the debris that rises abundantly from the bottom. There are many places in hotels with cozy sofas where you can sit and relax. I liked that there are few people in the hotel - they are scattered, you can take a break from the bustle of Moscow. I recommend to visit.
